空调外机钢结构安装设计设计说明1.安装位置因本项目中涉及到的空调新装外机有4台，需要移机调整的有2台，则本项目中共需安装放置的空调外机有6台。经过现场勘查及多方论证，适合安装本项目中涉及到的空调外机安装地点只有在省出版局裙楼屋面（原四楼机房空调外机安装位置）。2.安装方式经过我方施工人员实地勘察以及结合原裙楼屋面结构，提出以下的安装空调外机支撑钢架设想：因原裙楼屋面为较为老式的预制板结构，且房屋也经过多次装修及改造，为了减少单位面积的屋面预制板承重，特采用两条80型U型钢做为横梁其中每隔0.6M在两条横梁之间焊接一根U型钢条，以屋面两侧墙面为两端支撑点，中间每隔2米左右分别用两条80U型钢做为垂直支撑，底部采用1.5米长的80U型钢用喷胀螺栓固定在去除原防水层后的屋面，整个钢架支撑安装牢固后用水泥将底部的1.5M固定杆沏埋便于铺设屋面新的防水层。六台空调外机则一字排开分别固定在顶部做为横梁的U型钢上即可。设计结构图例备注：在底部与屋面连接的支撑钢架安装好后，立即用水泥将屋面的固定位置砌埋，然后再在屋面和水泥面上做防水层。注意事项方案确定后需要先将钢结构材料准备齐全，然后计划在2-3天内完成原屋面防水层铲除以及钢结构的焊接安装。实施时间要安排在天气较好无雨条件下。新的防水工程要在钢结构固定完成后紧接开始配合施工，且钢结构地面连接处采用烧制的方式做防水，确保防水工程的连续性以及防水面的完整性。因我司无专业防水工程的实施经验，建议防水工程由局内后勤部门负责实施配合完成。to correcting misunderstandings advocate good cadre style. 2, to carry out the double of human activities.
