青岛理工大学 毕 业 设 计 题目：施工现场机电设备管理 学生姓名： 学生学号： 院系名称： 机电工程系 专业班级： 指导教师： 摘 要 本文研究的主要是设备管理及施工现场机械设备管理维修，建筑机械设备是建筑施工企业至关重要的施工工具，也是企业的外部形象之一。确保机械设备资源的过程使用能力，以良好的设备经济效益为企业的生产经营服务，是建筑机械设备管理的主题和中心任务，也是企业管理的重要对象。 设备不仅是企业固定资产的重要组成部分，也是一个企业技术装备水平的要标志， 是企业赖以正常生产经营和参与市场竞争的物质技术基础。建筑施工企业要在激烈的竞争中生存、发展、并不断提升自身的综合实力和管理水平，必须紧跟时代，及时掌握现代化的施工工艺和方法。而现代化的施工工艺和方法在很大程度上是依靠机械化(机械设备)施工来实现的，因此，抓好设备管理工作，保证设备的安全、正常运行，是建筑施工企业管理工作中一项基础性工作，它维系着企业生产经营的根基，影响着企业的方方面面。 关键词：设备管理；建筑施工机械 ；维修；资产 ABSTRACT In this paper, we study mainly equipment management and maintenance machinery and equipment to the construction site management, construction machinery and equipment to be crucial to the construction enterprise construction tools, it is also one of corporate external image.
