山东交通学院 2015届毕业生毕业论文（设计） 题目：GIS在农村土地确权中的应用 院 部 交通土建工程学院 专 业 地理信息系统 班 级 地信112 学 号 110716202 姓 名 童章 指导教师 杨延珍 二○一五年六月 摘 要 土地确权是指土地所有权、土地使用权和他项权利的确认、确定，简称确权。是依照法律、政策的规定确定某一范围内的土地（或称一宗地）的所有权、使用权的隶属关系和他项权利的内容。 地理信息系统有时又称为“地学信息系统”。它是一种特定的十分重要的空间信息系统。它是在计算机硬、软件系统支持下，对整个或部分地球表层（包括大气层）空间中的有关地理分布数据进行采集、储存、管理、运算、分析、显示和描述的技术系统。 当今GIS技术在农村集体土地确权工作中已经得到了广泛的应用，成为了当前土地管理的重要技术手段。农村土地确权调查工作，主要目的是获取土地的面积、位置、权属信息和土地利用情况，为农村集体土地发证提供依据，同时为国家摸清集体土地情况。 本文主要介绍了在地理信息系统基础下农村土地确权工作的技术流程。 关键字：土地确权，地理信息系统，基础，技术流程 Abstract Land ownership refers to land ownership, land use rights and the rights of his confirmation, determined, referred to as the right. It is according to the law, policy to determine the ownership of the land, the use of the right of ownership and the content of his rights. The geographic information system is sometimes called the geo information system . It is a very important space information system.. It is in the computer hardware and software system support, in whole or in part, the surface of the earth (including the atmosphere) the geographic distribution data acquisition, storage, management, operation, analysis, display and description of the technology system. The current technology of GIS in the rural collective land ownership of the work has been widely used, has become one of the important techniques in the current land management. The survey of land ownership in rural areas, the main purpose is to acquire the land area, location, ownership and land information utilization, for rural collective land certification provides the basis, at the same time for the country to find out the case of collective land. This paper mainly introduces the technical process of land ownership in rural areas based on the geography information system.
