PAGE 浅论中小企业融资难问题 摘 要 融资难问题是困扰企业发展的一个巨大障碍，本文作者在分析了中小企业的特点基础上，探究出企业融资存在的多种难点，然后运用经济学理论证明企业融资难的根本原因在“市场失灵”。其作用主要表现在外部效应、银行业垄断、信息不对称等方面，并根据此根本原因，结合外向型企业的特征，对症下药，得出解决融资难问题的几种有效方法，包括：建立匹配的中小金融机构、健全的信用评估机制、健全的担保体系、丰富的资本市场、利用新的金融工具等几个方面。指出解决融资问题需要的是社会多个部门共同的合作。从而使企业走出融资“瓶颈”，实现业务的高速、健康成长。 关键词 中小型外贸企业 市场失灵 信用评估 金融工具 Abstract It is financed by a huge obstacle to enterprise development, the authors of the first in-depth analysis of the characteristics of foreign trade enterprises, to explore the existence of a difficult corporate finance, corporate finance and the use of economics theory proved difficult in the root causes of “market failure.” Major role in the performance of their external effects, banking monopoly, asymmetric information and so on, and based on the root causes of the export-oriented enterprises identity problem.
