内容摘要 【摘要】 在人类行为的约束体系中，非正式制度具有十分重要的社会地位，即使在最发达的经济体系中，正式规则也只是决定行为选择的总体约束中的一小部分，人们行为选择的大部分行为空间是由非正式制度来约束的。由此可见，非正式制度对经济发展的作用甚大。 而且，理论上讲，非正式制度安排是制度的重要组成部分，对经济发展发挥着正式制度不可替代的作用。本文文章从非正式制度的视角，论述它对经济发展产生重大作用与影响的理论依据。 【关键词】非正式制度、制度、经济发展、作用、影响 Abstract: ABSTRACT In the restriction system of human behaviour ,informal institutions have a high social status ,even if in most developed economic system,formal institutions are only the part of overall constraints to decide the choice of behaviour,and the most part of it is restricted by informal institutions.It shows that infor
