中美两国的物流成本和物流服务效率进行比较研究.doc

摘 要 现代物流作为一种先进的组织形式和管理技术，越来越成为企业生存乃至国家发展的新的经济增长点和利润源泉。美国是世界上最早产生物流概念，并且最早有现代物流活动的国家，也是当今世界物流产业最发达的国家之一。而中国的物流尚处于初级阶段，传统的、分散进行的物流活动已经不能适应中国经济未来发展的需要，物流活动的低效率和高成本，正成为影响中国经济运行效率和社会再生产顺利进行的制约因素，迫切需要建立起适应国民经济未来发展的现代物流服务体系。 加快发展我国的物流产业，一方面需要我们不断摸索，探索有中国特色的物流发展道路，另一方面需要吸收和借鉴发达国家的先进经验。然而由于统计数据的难于收集，以及各国标准和国情的不一，目前国内外关于国际物流比较的研究还比较欠缺。特别是对于中国这一最大的发展中国家以及美国这一最大的发达国家之间物流的比较，更是缺乏系统的研究。本文在前人学者研究的基础上，试图在中美物流比较这方面有所贡献和突破。 本文从物流成本和物流服务水平的角度，对中美两国的物流活动进行比较；通过对统计数据的分析，找出中美两国物流成本与物流服务效率的差异，并分析造成差异的原因。最后提出我国物流发展目标及其相关政策建议。 通过对美国这一现代物流技术和经验都比较成熟的国家与物流尚处于起步阶段的中国的物流活动进行比较，对于加快中国物流业的发展速度和提升中国物流的整体发展水平都是很有现实意义的。衷心希望本文对中美两国物流成本与服务效率的比较，及其所揭示出的中国物流产业发展存在的差距，能够引起相关部门的重视，并为我国物流产业的发展提供一些参考。 关键词：物流成本，物流服务效率，比较研究 ABSTRACT Modern logistics, as an advanced organizational form and management technology, is becoming a new economic growth point and source of profit for enterprises and countries. America is the first country in the world coming up with the concept of logistics. It is also the first country with modern logistics activities and one of the countries with most developed logistics industry. Compared with America, China’s logistics industry is still in its infant stage, which is characterized by conventional dispersed logistics activities that can not meet the demand of China’s economic development. Low efficiency and high cost have been two restraining factors hampering the economic development and social reproduction, which calls for the establishment of a modern logistics service system to serve the future development of the national economy. Therefore, it is of great significance to make a comparison between China and America’s logistics industry, through which we can draw great experiences and absorb the modern logistics technology, which will inevitably expedite the development of China’s logistics industry and update the whole level of China’s logistics.
