摘 要 当今世界，美国是最大的发达国家，中国是最大的发展中国家在中国对外贸易中，中美贸易占据了举足轻重的地位ABSTRACT In todays world, the United States is the largest developed country and China is the biggest developing country. Among Chinas foreign trade relations, Sino-US trade plays an important part. Since the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and the United States, the Sino-US economic relations had developed a lot in the past 30 years. Sino-US trade relation is not only good to both countries, but also good to the prosperity and stability of the whole world’s economy. However, after Chinas accession to the WTO, the trade friction between USA and China increased, especially after the financial crisis in 2008, the trade friction has upgraded in frequency, intensity, measures and content. Frequent trade friction affected not only the bilateral economic and trade relations, but also brought great losses to China. In this essay, in order to have a more comprehensive understanding of the Sino-US trade frictions, I mainly reviewed the history from three stages, and then based on the present friction condition, I summarized the characteristic between Sino-US trade frictions. The future trend of Sino-US trade friction was then analyzed and judged. This essay also studied the reasons of Americas trade protectionism to China, and analyzed the trade friction from the view of political economy. Analysis results showed that the making of America’s trade policy was strongly affected by political system, while the economic factor was considered. Its actually the combination of economic interests and political reality, and is the game results of both countries. We also found that the Sino-US trade friction involves wide areas, which are from trade to financial, from economic to political. If simply seeking that whether a policy is reasonable from the angles of economic interests or the national interests, we may fall into confusion.
