学校代码： 11059 学 号：1102031041 Hefei University 毕业设计（论文） BACHELOR DISSERTATION 论文题目： 日处理3万吨氮肥厂废水处理工艺设计 学位类别： 工学学士 学科专业： 环境工程 作者姓名： 赵松涛 导师姓名： 叶劲松 完成时间： 2015 年5月 日处理3万吨氮肥厂废水处理工艺设计 摘 要 本次毕业设计的题目为日处理3万吨氮肥厂废水处理工艺设计。进水水质情况如下COD800mg/l， BOD5250mg/l，SS300mg/l，NH4-N1000mg/l，pH8～9。设计主要任务是确定污水处理厂设计规模、进行多方案比较、选定工艺流程、各单体设计、进行高程设计、工艺设备选型、总平面布置。 该设计采用吹脱法+AO工艺处理氮肥厂的氨氮废水。污水处理流程为：细格栅到初沉池，初沉池到调节池，调节池到吹脱塔，吹脱塔到AO池，AO池到二沉池。废水处理后排入城市管网。污泥处理流程为：从二沉池排出的污泥一部分经污泥回流泵房回流至AO池，另一部分剩余污泥脱水后外运处置。所选的吹脱法+AO工艺，对氨氮废水具有较好的处理效果。处理后达到《合成氨工业水污染物排放标准》（GB13458－2013）中的间接排放标准。 关键词：氮肥厂废水；高氨氮；AO；吹脱法； Treatment process design for a 30000 tons nitrogenous fertilizer plant’s wastewater Abstract This graduation project topic is the process design for the treatment of30000 tons wastewater of the nitrogen fertilizer plant in a day. The influent water quality is as follows: COD800mg/l, BOD5250mg/l, NH4-N1000mg/l, pH8, SS300mg/l ~ 9.The primary mission is determined the sewage treatment plant design scale, carries on the multi-plan comparison, designated the technical process, carries on the elevation design, the process unit shaping, various monomers design, the total plane arrangement.
