e 科华大厦建筑给水排水工程 Water SupplySewerage Project of kehua Hotel 学生： Bachelor Degree Candidate: 导师： Supervisor： Teacher 重庆某大学城市建设与环境工程学院 Faculty of Urban Construction and Environment Engineering, Chongqing University 二零零五年六月 Jun，2005 摘要 重庆科华大厦是拟建于重庆主城区的一幢19层的综合性服务大楼，总占地面积3710㎡，建筑面积为23450㎡，建筑总高度为91.2m，地上19层，地下2层，集宾馆、商场、娱乐、餐饮于一体，该建筑的给水排水工程作为本次毕业设计题目。 主要包括以下内容：1）给水系统：主要的室内外冷水系统；2）热水系统：包括回水系统；3）消防给水系统：包括消火栓系统和自动喷水灭火系统；4）气体灭火系统；5）排水系统：包括生活污水系统、废水系统及雨水系统，以及室内外管网。 关键词: 高层建筑 给水排水 水泵 自动喷水系统 管道敷设 管材 ABSRACT The Kehua of Chongqing masion, which is to be built in Chongqing is a twenty-one-floor all-round service nulti-storied building. the total area of ground is 3710㎡ and area of building is 23450㎡. The total altitude of the building is 91.2m.The building, nineteen- floors of which is above the ground and two floors of which are under the ground, may be used as hotel, commerce, entertainment, drinking-eating place. The water supply and drainage engineering of the building is just the work for our graduation design. The contents of the plan is as follows: 1.Water supply system, mostly including the supply of cool water of the outdoor and indoors. 2.Hot water supply system, including back water system. 3.Water supply system of fire fighting: including fire hydrant and automatism in sufflation system. 4.Gas system for fire fighting. 5.Drainge system: including sanitary, waster-water and storm drainage.
