PAGE PAGE ７ 南京市社区文化建设的现状及分析 公共事业管理专业学生 高鹏程 指导教师 黄小丽 摘要：社区文化建设是一项崭新而充满生机与活力的工作。随着经济和社会的发展，我国城市化进程不断加快，城市社会管理面临巨大挑战。当前大力加强社区文化建设，对于提高城市社会管理水平，促进经济发展，保持社会稳定，具有十分重要的意义。社区文化是社区建设的重要资源。在社区建设过程中，只有充分认识社区文化的功能，重视、利用社区文化资源，才能有效地促进社区的可持续发展。目前，社区在开展各项文化活动的过程中，并不能够满足居民的文化需求，南京市社区文化建设与经济和其他事业建设相比，还显得相对滞后。本文针对南京市社区文化建设的现状进行分析，找出建设过程中所存在的问题，并为社区文化建设提供一些建构思路。 关键词：社区文化；文化建设；南京 The present situation and analysis of Nanjing community culture construction Student majoring in The Public Administration GAO PengCheng Tutor HUANG XiaoLi Abstract：The community culture construction is an item brand-new but fills the vitality and the vigor work. Constructs in the process in the community， Only then fully knows the function of the community culture，Value and full use community culture resources，Can effectively promote communitys sustainable development. At present，the community in carries out each cultural activity in the process not to be able to meet inhabitants cultural need，The Nanjing community culture construction and the economy and other enterprises construct compare，but also appears the relative lag. This article carries on the analysis in view of the Nanjing community culture construction present situation， Discovers question which in the construction process exists，and provides some for the development construction community culture to construct the mentality.
