On the basis of analyzing the development status and international competitiveness of Zhejiang private enterprises, using SWOT analytical method, this thesis focus on analyzing the strength and weakness of private enterprises themselves and the opportunity and threats of external environment, and also put forward some countermeasures from government level and enterprise level. From government level, this thesis advises to consummate coping system to meet trade barrier, solving financing difficulty, strengthen governments’ macroscopically management, and create good environment. From enterprise level, this thesis advises to carry out scientific human resources development strategy and brand strategy, practice efficient ma
