毕 业 论 文（设计） 题 目 寿险公司投资养老社区的运营模式的研究 学 生 刘晓云 指导教师 王志和 教授 年 级 2010级 专 业 心理学 系 别 教育系 学 院 教育科学与技术学院 哈尔滨师范大学 2013年5月 寿险公司投资养老社区的运营模式的研究 于和伟 摘 要：近几年来，中国人口老龄化的形势日趋严峻，在这样的情况下，如何在现实情况中，对养老的问题进行妥善解决，这也成为了国家和各级政府面前的一道难题。一方面，由于受到了“421”家庭结构的影响，我国家庭的规模，开始逐渐的趋于小型化，这也就间接的使得中国人的传统家庭养老方式，受到了较为严重的冲击，老年人的养老问题，也就开始在现实中，成为了每一个家庭的沉重负担。正是在这种情况下，老年人群对机构养老的服务需求，也就开始迅速的增大。再从另一方面来看，我国养老机构及具体的服务，其供给相对较为缺乏。据民政部门相关数据统计，截止2014年底，全国各类社会养老机构床位的总数为420万张，而每千名老人养老的床位数仅为50. 6张，也就是，总床位数仅占老年人总数的一笑部分，较之国际社会通行的水平相差甚远。在这一种养老机构供需失衡的情况下，本文对寿险公司投资养老社区的相关问题进行研究，明确其具体的运营模式，力求能够在现实情况中探索出一条解决养老问题的道路。 关键词：寿险公司；投资养老；运营模式 Study on the operation mode of the life insurance company investment retirement community Yu Hewei Abstract: in recent years, the aging of the population in the China situation is becoming increasingly grim, in such circumstances, how to in reality, to properly solve the pension problem, it has become a difficult problem of the nation and all levels government.
