城市化进程中失地农民就业问题研究 摘要 当前,随着城市化进程的加快,农业用地被大范围的发展工业与商业，而随着农用地的减少，产生了一个有别于城市居民和农民的边缘群体——失地农民。失地农民由于文化素质偏低、工作技能较差差等缘故使得他们不仅失去土地，也失去了持续可靠的生活来源。因此,让失地农民重新就业是解决失地农民问题的关键途径。失地农民就业问题已经成为影响社会稳定和经济发展、和谐社会构建的重大问题，各级部门必须重视和解决失地农民的就业问题。本文采取文献法、实地调研法，以双流县白家镇、文星镇的实地调研数据为基础，以职业转换理论为框架，在客观分析城市化背景下成都市双流县的失地农民就业现状及问题的基础上，根据职业转换理论分析失地农民职业转换的障碍，提出可供参考的“征地补偿、社会保障、就业服务、劳动力市场完善”相结合的“四位一体”的安置模式。 关键字：城市化 失地农民 就业 Abstract At present, with the speeding up of urbanization, the agricultural land is a wide range of industrial and commercial development, and with the decrease of farmland, produced a marginal group——land-lost famers which is different from the urban residents and farmers groups. They not only lost land but also lost its sustained and reliable source of life for lower culture quality and poor work skills. Therefore, let the land-lost farmers to obtain employment is the key way to solve the problem of land-lost farmers. The employment problems of land-lost farmers has becomea major issue which can influence socialstability ,economicdevelopment and harmonious society building. So, departments at various levels must value and solving the employment problem of the farmers. This article takes the literature method and fieldwork method ,and based on survey data in BaiJia town and WenXing town, for knowing current situation and problems of farmers employment under the background of objective analysis of the urbanization of Chengdu. Then , according to career transition theory analysis obstacles when those farmers change their work .In the end,put forward four-in-one model of job placement for reference which contains landcompensation, employment services, social security and labor market complete.
