大众传媒论文：大众传媒对我国政府决策的影响 【中文摘要】大众传媒作为现代化的产物,在经济的全球化和信息全球化的形势下,它已经广泛渗入到了社会生活的各个方面,成为人们生活中不能缺少的一部分,其影响力也在日益增强。尤其是进入新世纪以来,大众传媒环境作为一种特殊的社会环境,为整个社会的发展和进步不断地提供了一系列具有导向意义的社会公共价值的观念,继而在更广泛的社会空间中维护一系列大众所需的社会公共利益,进而对政府决策的制定产生影响。我国政府决策直接关系经济社会发展和人民群众的切身利益,每一项政府政策的出台,必定会引起人们的很大关注,假若人们合理的要求没有得到考虑,政府决策就会失去他们的支持,所以提供一个让各种意见充分表达的平台成为必需。大众传媒作为信息的传播者,一方面把政府的决策传达给民众,增加民众对我国政府决策的了解,让民众积极的参与政治,并对政府的决策过程加以监督；另一方面,大众传媒为民众提供一个利益表达的平台,把民众的利益需求传给政府决策者,保证了政府决策的民主化、科学化。大众传媒对政府决策的影响是一个比较新兴的研究课题,我查阅了很多资料,运用了系统分析法、社会调查法等多种研究方法,在国内外专家学者理论研究的基础上系统的分析了大众传媒与政府决策的关系,并提出了四项让大众传媒与我国政府决策良性互动的建议。 【英文摘要】The mass media as the product of the social, it has been widely worked into every aspect of the society, and become an integral part of the life in economic globalization and the global situation, its influence is growing stronger day by day.
