The influent water quality is as follows: COD800mg/l, BOD5250mg/l, NH4-N1000mg/l, pH8, SS300mg/l ~ 9.The primary mission is determined the sewage treatment plant design scale, carries on the multi-plan comparison, designated the technical process, carries on the elevation design, the process unit shaping, various monomers design, the total plane arrangement. Air stripping method and AO are adopt in the treatment process of the wastewater.the specific process of the treatment is : the fine grid to the beginning of the sink, the beginning of the pool to adjust the pool, adjust the pool to air stripping tower, tower to the AO pool, AO pool to two sink.Sewage treatment into the city pipe network.?Sludge treatment process for: from the sludge of secondary sedimentation tank discharge of a part through a sludge reflux pump back to the Ao pool, another part of the residual sludge dewatering Sinotrans disposal.?The +AO process of the Air stripping method has good effect for ammonia nitrogen wastewater.
