山东科技大学学生实习报告 第 页 山 东 科 技 大 学 学年论文 题 目 学 院 名 称 经济管理学院 专 业 班 级 姓 名 学 号 指 导 老 师 浅谈会计人员职业道德 摘要：本文通过论述我国会计职业道德建设的现状及存在的问题，对会计职业道德滑坡的原因进行分析，并针对当前会计职业道德不容乐观的原因进行了深层次剖析，进而提出一系列的解决措施，通过加快完善我国会计职业道德规范体系、健全会计制度，加强培训抓教育等手段来净化我国会计职业道德上的污染，还社会一个纯净的经济往来空间。最后就当前大学生会计职业道德建设存在的问题进行论述，指出当前高校会计职业道德建设的误区，建议大学创造会计文化氛围，在环境中熏陶和培养在校大学生的会计职业道德。会计行业作为市场经济活动的一个重要领域，其服务质量的好坏直接影响着经营者、投资人和社会公众的利益，进而影响着整个社会的经济秩序。因此，加强会计职业道德建设具有十分重要而现实的意义。 （Summary：This paper discusses the construction status of the accounting professional ethics and the problems,analyze the reasons for landslides in the accounting professional ethics,and analysis deeply the reason of the current accounting professional ethics which is not optimism.And then propose a series of solutions,for example accelerate the improvement of Chinas Accounting Code of Ethics system,a sound accounting system,strengthen the training attention to education and so on to clean up the pollution on Chinas accounting ethics,return a space of pure economic exchanges for social.In the last, discourse on the problems of current college students accounting ethics construction, pointed out the construction errors of current university accounting professional ethics, recommends that the University created the accounting culture,influence and train the accounting ethics for college students in the environment.
