儿童水杯盖塑料模具设计 摘 要 本课题设计了儿童水杯盖的注塑模具。本次设计首先通过PRO/E绘出零件实物图，分析出塑件的体积和质量。然后从具体模具结构出发，对模具成型零件结构的仔细分析、注射机型号的选择以及相关参数的校核、模具的浇注系统、模架的选择、冷却系统、模具脱模推出机构都有比较详细的设计。鉴于本课题所要设计的儿童水杯盖需要采用哈弗块结构及斜导柱，本次设计采用的是单分型面对称式的一模两腔的结构形式。这种形式的优点在于结构简单，有利于节约成本，受力均匀利于斜导柱的受力平衡，塑件成型稳定性好，有利于脱模，方便模具加工。 由于塑料具有质量轻、耐腐蚀、强度高、易着色、绝缘性好、制件可加工性强、生产效率高、价格低廉等优点，因此塑料制件的应用日趋广泛，经过几十年的发展已经深入到国民经济的各个部门。而模具作为近代工业产品大量生产所赖以生存的一项重要工业技术，其制造精密程度和技术层次将对生产成品的品质和使用性能、生产力的提高等方面有着绝对性的影响。 关键词：儿童水杯盖；模具；射模具设计；分型面；哈弗块；斜导柱 The children glass cover plastic mold design Abstract The design of this project the the children glass cover injection mold.The design is first drawn by PRO / E Part physical map, analyze the volume and quality of the plastic parts.Then the departure from the specific mold structure, the check for a detailed analysis of the structure of molding parts, the choice of the injection machine Model, as well as the relevant parameters, the casting mold system, the choice of the formwork, the cooling system, the mold releasing Release mechanism has a relativelythe details of the design.View of the subject children to design glass cover Hafer block structure and Bevel Pillar, the design uses a single sub-type to face said two cavities of the structure.The advantage of this form of simple structure, help save costs, even by force conducive to the angle pin force balance, plastic molding stability, conducive to stripping to facilitate mold.
