燃煤电厂脱硫设备新型内衬材料的研制与应用 刘军 朱正芳 （江苏溧竹环境工程有限公司，江苏常州，213135） 摘 要：介绍了燃煤电厂脱硫系统浆液输送设备在运行过程中腐蚀、磨损、疲劳失效的现状，针对性气、固、液三相流体输送的特征以及失效机理展开了较深入的分析研究，研制了一种新型的陶瓷/聚合物复合内衬材料，并应用于电厂脱系统管道设备浆液输送，有效地保障了脱硫设备的安全、经济运行。 Abstract：Coal-fired power plant desulfurization system were introduced in this paper slurry transportation equipment in the running process of the status quo of corrosion, wear and fatigue invalidation targeted gas, solid and liquid phase fluid transfer characteristics and failure mechanism of the deeper analysis and research, has developed a new kind of ceramic/polymer composite lining materials, and ap
