Learn some new words and expressions; anywhere, type, ship, rapid, on foot,of course B. Grammar: Modal verbs: can.could would (2) Ability goals: A. Get key information from listening; B. Communicate with others and cooperate to complete the task; (3) Moral goals: A. Learn to do things reasonably; B. Dare to give your opinion in English; 2.Learning Situation Analysis: Communication is the final object of language learning. But the students are afraid of making mistakes when they speak and also in grammar usage. So this lesson encourage students to find and restate information in personal and imaginative ways. 3.Teaching Key Points: A. Learn to use modal verbs, e.g., can , could, would… B. Learn the phrases of using transportation, e.g. take a train… C. Talk about all kinds of transportation. D. It takes sb. some time to do sth. 4.Teaching difficulties: A.
