腹膜前间隙无张力疝修补术的临床应用 【摘要】目的：探讨开放式腹膜前间隙无张力疝修补术的手术方法及临床效果。方法：统计2006年1月～2012年12月期间我院360例腹外疝患者，分为观察组和对照组，观察组行腹膜前间隙无张力疝修补术，对照组采用传统疝修补术治疗，分析对比两组手术时间、术后住院日、术后并发症发生率（包括尿潴留、阴囊肿胀、切口疼痛、切口感染等），随诊1年了解其复发率。结果：观察组手术时间、术后恢复时间及住院时间更短，差异具统计学意义（P＜0.05），在阴囊肿胀、术后疼痛和复发方面观察组明显优于对照组（P＜0.05），术后尿潴留、切口感染无显著差异（P＞0.05）。结论：腹膜前间隙无张力疝修补术是一种简便易操作，疗效确切，术后并发症少，临床效果满意，适宜广泛推广的一种术式。 【关键词】腹股沟疝、无张力疝修补术、腹膜前间隙、传统疝修补术 Peritoneal clearance before without tension hernia repair clinical curative effect. Methods: statistics from January 2006 to December 2006, our hospital during the period of 360 patients with abdominal external hernia, divided into observation group and control group, the observation group peritoneal clearance before without tension hernia repair, the control group treated with traditional hernia repair, analyzed two groups of operation time, postoperative such confinement, postoperative complications, including urinary retention, scrotal swelling, pain of incision, infection of incision, etc.), understand its recurrence rate for about 1 year. Results: the observation group operating time, bed activity time and shorter hospitalization time, its statistical significance difference (P 0.05), scrotal swelling, pain and postoperative recurrence in observation group was better than control group (P 0.05), postoperative urinary retention, infection of incision, no significant difference.
