毕 业 论 文 TOD模式下的风景园林规划设计 摘 要 近年来随着生活水平的提升、住宅市场的深入，人们在追求舒适的基础上更为关注居住环境的格调与个性，高度重视居住区绿色环境，全面建设生态住宅、绿色住宅已成为住宅建设的发展趋势。在商业地产开发的背景下居住开发主体化现象日趋频繁。而基于TOD模式的主题规划设计已经成为实现城市可持续发展的重要手段。 TOD是一种通过对公共交通站点附近的土地高强度综合开发利用而实现公交主导的城市发展的开发模式。本文在简要介绍TOD概念和基本思路的基础上, 回顾了TOD核心理论与国内外的TOD分析，结合中西方国家的相关实践，分析了TOD对中国城市未来发展的重要意义, 之后从宏观区域绿道构建、中观城市节点与社区中心规划设计、微观以人为本的街道景观营造三个层面探讨了TOD模式的城市建设的发展趋势将对风景园林规划设计产生的影响，并从宏观、中观、微观等3个层次以点带面地提出TOD规划中的关键环节,并着重从微观层面给出了对规划有指导意义的土地混合利用分析模型及其结构设计，以期对我国风景园林规划设计有所启示与借鉴。? 关键词：TOD、风景园林、规划、设计 ABSTRACT In recent years, as living standards improve, the housing market in depth, people in the pursuit of a comfortable living environment more concerned on the basis of style and individuality, attaches great importance to environmental green residential area, building eco-housing, green housing has become a residential building trends.
