真理大學工讀制度之現況探討 郭崇仁1 游庭瑋2 楊亙立.涂淑佩.江筱穎.邱婉婷 劉春敏.周碧香.王思潔.黃宇涵 1真理大學工業管理學系副教授 2真理大學工業管理系學生 E-mail:kuocj@.tw 1.; yanzi200000@.tw 2. 中文摘要 學校生活像是一個小型的社會，除了是我們學習課業的地方外，更是我們將來進入社會的踏板。根據教育部規定，每年學校必須將學雜費的百分之三作為學生的獎助學金部份，今年更是提高到了百分之五，其金額高達五千多萬元。希望使這筆龐大的金額能夠達到最有效的運用， 本研究小組將對此方面進行探討。研究將利用文獻、問卷、以及分析軟體進行研究，在問卷調查方面以分層隨機抽樣方式進行問卷調查。施測所得資料以MINITAB統計套裝軟體進行資料處理與分析，統計分析方法包括描述性統計、信度分析、單因子變異數分析。將公佈調查結果，並將結果加以說明，以及後續的結論與建議，對本校工讀金運用將會有更大的幫助。 關鍵字：分層隨機抽樣、問卷調查、描述性統計、信度分析、單因子變異數分析 Abstract School life is like that in a small society. School is not only where students study but also a critical place for students prior to entering society. According to Ministry of Education regulations, universities must take 3% of miscellaneous school fees as prize stipend each year. The proportion increases to 5% in 2005, which is more than NT$50,000,000. In order to figure out the most effective way to use this huge amount of money, statistical analyses will be discussed and applied. The study uses references about statistics, questionnaires, and analytical software to analyze data. Stratified random sampling is applied to carry out the survey sampling part. One of the most powerful statistical software, MINITAB, is utilized to process and analyze data. The statistical analysis methods, including description statistics, reliability analysis, and one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA), are applied and discussed accordingly. The result of the study will be announced and the conclusion and recommendations to the university will also be provided to help improve the usage of university prize stipends. Keyword: Stratified random sampling、questionnaires、description statistics、reliability analysis、one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA) 第一章 緒論 1.1 研究動機 目前大學內部的業務運作方式，仍仰賴大量的人力支援，在人才的渴求下及大學組織為協助學生養成獨立自主的精神，擴充學習生活領域，而設立獎助學金制度。其發展也促成大學組織內運用學生人力資源，工讀生的加入已成為學校組織的人力結構中重要的一環。工讀生累積的工作經驗會影響工讀生本身對於學校工作的認知，也關乎著學生對於學校的印象、態度與使用，牽動著學校未來之生存與發展。工讀生不但為學校組織補充大量的人力資源，而且人事費用也不昂貴，即可為學校增加生產力。工讀生不僅可以負責校園內勞務階級之任務，再經過特殊訓練之後，尚可擔任屬於技術性、專業性之工作。所以其好處遠遠大於校外
