Innovation quality-oriented education is the subject that college should follow to set the pace to the updating world. This article has the sampling data using a survey of the seven universities about 800 college students from ZheJiang Province. We design four evaluation indexes which are typical and representative to tell from both subjective and objective aspects. Unlike the generally investigation report using simple Multi-grade fuzzy comprehensive evaluation methods and making final qualitative evaluation, in this paper, we make quantitative analysis and evaluation based on the basis of extensive investigation by establishing mathematics model, using multi-grade fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method on zhejiang college students innovative quality. Meanwhile, this article also analyzes the difference of innovation literacy among different actors from gender, grade to subject of college students . To explore further about the positive effects about learning in college on the improving of innovative quality. Then we give corresponding suggestions about improving the college students’ innovation quality on the two aspects of the students themselves and college.
