(5)假期 工作满一年后享有15天年假（含中华人民共和国法定假期及休息日）、年假必须提前一个月向上级主管部门申请，并且一次性放完。如不休年假，经餐厅周经理批准，餐厅给予等于一个月薪金作为补偿。年假如没有餐厅总经理批准不得累积至下一年。 Res Days and Annual Holidays After one full year’s service, you are entitled to 15 annual holidays (including 10days China public holidays rest days),annual holidays must be applied to your department head one-month in advance, and you could only take leave in one liock. If you don’t take the annual holidays, after you get the approval of restaurant’s general manager, our restaurant will give you compensation equivalent your one-month salary. Without the approval of the general manager of the restaurant, annual holidays may not be accumulated to next year. (6)福利待遇 可获餐厅提供该职位之免费工作餐及住宿（标准按餐厅规定）和住宿水电、煤气补贴￥80/月，超出阁下自付。 Welfare Our restaurant will provide you with free duty meals and lodging.
