A公司深化财务 集约化管理操作方案 按照省公司“三集五大”体系建设工作总体推进计划和有关工作部署，加强财务集约化工作与“五大”体系建设协同衔接，确保“五大”体系建设过程中财务管理各项工作平稳顺畅推进，结合公司实际情况，制定本方案。 一、组织机构 根据省公司《关于成立公司“三集五大”体系建设组织机构的通知》文件，制订深化财务集约化管理、资产调整及预算安排方案负责公司“三集五大”体系建设过程中的清产核资、资产划转和预算安排、资金拨付等工作负责跟踪协调“三集五大”体系建设过程中的业务流程与财务流程的衔接负责保障“三集五大”体系建设所需资金供应负责优化财务与“三集五大”其他业务间的管控机制和协同流程，明晰财务在“三集五大”专业之间的职责、管理要点和控制环节负责“三集五大”体系建设期间本专业档案资料保管和移交工作配合各体系建设工作组完成迎检验收等系列工作 主任负责建立健全本单位各项财务管理规章制度；负责深化前端业务的基础性管理，加强财务监督控制，做好本级横向对口专业和上级财务归口岗位间的业务配合工作；负责完成领导交办的其他工作。副主任兼总账报表管理 6．固定资产与保险管理 15. 出纳 engineering standards of excellence.
