The adjacency relation is the minimum range of the real estate interest adjustment, which is the precondition to achieve the harmonious use of adjacent property. The easement is a kind of rights convention that is a property law?established by?a new type of?our national usufruct. The adjacency relation and the easement are two similar legal systems, both mentioning the use of other’s real estate and the aim of the content and the adjustment are similar, but there is also significant distinction. They both form a rational division of labor for their different roles and functions. Therefore, it is important to analyze the relation between the adjacency relation and the easement. There is both similarity and distinction between the adjacency relation and easement. This thesis focuses on the relation between the adjacency and easement. The first part interprets the concept of the adjacency and easement. The second part analyzes the relationship between the adjacency and the easement, which states the adjacency relation is the precondition and the base of the existence of easement and the easement is the certainty and supplement of the adjacency relation.
