硕 士 学 位 论 文 论文题目 公民教育视野下的小学班会研究 研究生学号： 100602107 培养单位： 教育科学学院 一级学科： 教育学 二级学科： 德育学 完成时间： 2013年3月10日 摘要 开会是公共生活的重要内容，但开会有议事规则和议事程序，需要一定的学习，而学会开会的过程正是公民教育的重要途径，班会作为会议的性质使得笔者把小学班会和公民教育结合起来进行研究。在理论上从班会的所属群体和本来性质两方面说明其对公民教育的价值之后，笔者走入现实，选取我国东部地区一所总体条件较好的农村小学考察了现实中的小学班会，主要从班会“说什么”（内容）和“怎么说”（过程）这两点进行分析，发现现实中的小学班会与公民教育的距离比较远：从内容来看，内容的决定权掌握在班主任和学校管理部门手中，内容的性质宏大而空洞，与学生的现实生活距离较远；从过程来看，要么是通过仪式的排演灌输以服从为核心的政治教育，要么表现出以教师为中心的特征。对上述现状进行简要的原因分析的基础之上，结合以上现实，在一定理论的指导下，笔者根据罗伯特议事规则给现实的班会提出了一套具体实施方案，包括前期准备、具体实施和后期追踪，为一线的老师提供一些参考。 关键词：公民教育，开会，小学班会  Abstract Meeting is an important content of public life,but the rules of procedure need some learning.Learning meeting is a good way for citizen education,so the nature of class meeting ------one kind of meeting makes it possible to connect class meeting of primary school to citizen education.The first part of the paper clarifies the value of class meeting for citizen education from its nature.After that,the paper investigates the class meetings of a rural primary school in eastern region of China,and analyzes them from their topics and process.The research shows that the value of class meeting for citizen education in this school did not play out.Firstly,it is teachers or administrative departments that decide the topics of class meetings,so the topics are far away from the students’life.Secondly,teachers are the centers of the class meetings in their process.On the basis of the analysis of causes of the condition,the paper put forward a scheme of class meetings according to the Robert rules of procedure.The scheme includes previous preparation、specific process and late tracking,which can give some suggestion for primary school teachers.
