毕 业 设 计 论 文 班级：机械1104 姓名：孙浩文 指导老师：王科社 摘要 这是一篇关于滚珠丝杠预紧力检测仪的技术性报告。我主要用pro/e野火5.0和auto cad2008等软件完成对这套系统的建模、仿真及cad工程图的绘制。我也对这个系统的工作原理进行了说明和演示。我也对改良了检测仪的机械传动系统。降低了电机的功率，使传动变得更加简便。 滚珠丝杠对很多种数控机床来说是非常重要的，所以为了工业进步我们要不断提高改进它的检测装置。 abstract This is a technology report of ball screw pre-tightening force detector.I use Pro/e wild fire 5.0 and auto cad 2008 to complete modeling,emulation and drawing.I also explained how this system appears to work.And i improve the mechanicl drive system of the machine.Make it designed power of motor.And make it simple and convenient.
