毕业设计说明书 GRADUATE DESIGN 设计题目：片剂药品包装设计 学生姓名 专业班级： 学 院：机械工程学院 指导教师： 2012年06月01日 本设计包含说明书及相关设计模型，QQ229780692 摘 要 本文设计了三种新型塑料药瓶，使用方便，容易控制药片的数量，它们能够解决现在大多数储存片状药片的塑料药瓶存在的不卫生的技术问题。目前，大部分卫生定量药瓶利用可透过孔来控制出药数量的原理，本文将尝试打破这一常规原理，利用创新思维，通过其他方式来达到定量出药的目的。本文一共提供了三种可行方案，它们分别是推拉抽屉式定量药瓶、按钮导管式定量药瓶、掀盖容积式定量药瓶。这三种方案的药瓶都是根据其定量原理来进行命名的。本文分别对所设计三种塑料药瓶进行了造型设计、材料选择、结构设计、加工工艺选择，同时说明了塑料包装容器的在每一设计步骤中所使用的设计方法，设计理论等。 关键词 片剂药品；包装容器；造型设计；包装材料；结构设计 Abstract With This paper has designed three kinds of new plastic bottle, easy to use, easy to control the number of pills, they can solve the most storage sheet tablets plastic bottles in health technology. At present, most health quantitative medicine bottle using through hole to control the quantity of the medicine principle, this article will try to break the conventional principle, through other ways to achieve the purpose of quantitative medicine. This article altogether provides three feasible schemes; they are pulling a drawer type quantitative medicine bottle, button type quantitative medicine bottle, cover and volume type quantitative medicine bottle. The names of the three solutions are based on the principles of quantification.
