Reagents: Carboxymethyl Cellulose reagent (CMC): containing 0.2% EDTA in 1% CMC solution Preparation: Add 10g pure carboxymethyl cellulose sodium and 2g pure EDTA into about 500mL distilled water gradually and keep stirring. Until all the solid dissolve, keep it standing for 1 hour
