Especially, the early spring loquat and mature mango have been the key agricultural projects of Panzhihua. According to the study of marketing strategy of the early spring loquat in panzhihua, I put forward the perfect marketing model of the early spring loquat , in order to provide some reference value for solving the practical problems existing in early spring loquat marketing, including the low brand awareness, the low price, the narrow markets and the farmers low profits, and in order to provide some beneficial suggestions for promoting the coordinated development of the early spring loquat in Panzhihua. Therefore, this paper consists of four parts about this study. It starts with the present developing situation and the analysis of the practical problems about the early spring loquat industry. Before using the STP theory to formulated marketing strategies for the early spring loquat, the second step is to analyze its strategic environment from four aspects ----the internal advantage analysis, the internal disadvantage analysis,
