毕 业 设 计 题 目： 30KW出口三相异步电动机的设计 河北科技大学毕业设计成绩评定表 姓 名 学 号 成 绩 专 业 电气工程及其自动化 题 目 30KW出口三相异步电机的设计 指导教师评语及成绩 指导教师： 年 月 日 评阅教师评语及成绩 评阅教师： 年 月 日 答辩小组评语及成绩 答辩小组组长： 年 月 日 答辩委员会意见 学院答辩委员会主任： 年 月 日 注：该表一式两份，一份归档，一份装入学生毕业设计说明书中。 毕 业 设 计 中 文 摘 要 电机是我国电工产品中出口创汇的主要产品之一，30KW出口三相异步电机是一种传统的Y2系列电机，它广泛应用于工业、农业生产的各个场所，因此提高他的性能有着重要的意义。依照中小型电机的设计方法与步骤进行电机设计，其中最重要的是部分电磁设计，它是根据设计技术要求确定电机的电磁负荷，计算转子、定子冲片和铁心各部分尺寸及绕组数据，进而核算电机各项参数及性能，并对设计数据做必要的调整，直到达到设计要求。在计算机辅助设计方面，通过基于VB程序的电磁设计，进行电机性能的优化设计并提出四套符合要求的方案，通过比较分析得出最佳设计方案，完成电机设计全部内容。 关键词 出口电机 电磁设计 VB语言 毕 业 设 计 外 文 摘 要 Title The Design for Export Motors of 15KW and 60Hz Abstract Motor is one of the main export products in the electrical products in China.The three-phase asynchronous motor of 30KW and 60Hz is a traditional Y2 series motor, it is widely used in industrial, agricultural production in various places, and it is important to improve his function.According to the small and medium-sized motor design methods and procedures,the most important part is the electromagnetic,which is based on technical requirements for the design of the electromagnetic load of the motor,calculates each part of sizes of the rotor、 the stator piece and iron core and the winding data, then calculates each parameter and the performance of the electrical machinery, and to make the essential adjustment to the designs data, until meets the requ-irements. In the part of the computer-aided design, the electromagnetic design based on the VB program can help the motor performance optimization design,and then we put forward four sets to meet the requirements of the program.Through a comparative analysis of the optimum design, we finished all the design for export motors.
