A Chinese Festival My favorite Chinese festival is the Spring festival.The date of the Spring festival every year is not a fixed one,which just depends on the lunar calendar.But when people are expecting this great festival in winter,they usually feel so excited,because it is the very time for family reunion,for good wishes for the coming new year,and for meeting with friends who you may not see for a long time.After a year’s hard work ,everybody need a rest and a new plan for the new year.All this might be done during the Spring festival. My favorite city My favorite city is Beijing.Beijing is the capital of China and it is Chinas second largest city in terms of population,after Shanghai.It is famous for its long history and excellent scenic areas. It is an old city with a long and interesting history. I love the streets there. There are many different houses on the streets. Some are big,some are small,some are high and some are short. Though the houses are really old, they are really attractive.I love the palace museum very much. There are billions of beautiful plants or palaces in it. I has been there only for one time.
