组织因子对家兔血液凝固的影响 Abstract: Objective: To study what kind of effects the lung tissue immersion (including Tissue Factor) would work on rabbit blood clotting. Methods: This experiment uses the blood from the rabbit carotid artery, and the blood is observed in vitro with the lung tissue immersion and normal saline. Results: The blood in vitro which is joined with the immersion of lung tissue has rapid solidification, while the other tube with the physiological saline not clots. Conclusion: Tissue Factor (from lung tissue immersion) congratulates the rabbit blood coagulation process. Key Words: T
