中型高压异步电动机设计及仿真 Design and Simulation of?Medium-Sized High Voltage Induction Motor 学 院： 专 业 班 级： 学 号： 学 生 姓 名： 指 导 教 师： 年月 摘 要 对中型高压异步电动机的电磁设计方法进行了研究。并且提出了应用MATLAB软件进行电机电磁计算过程仿真的优势和方法。 首先说明了国内外电机制造工业的发展状况，电机的分类情况和选用方法，并对中型高压异步电动机的特点和用途进行了简单的叙述。分析了三相异步电动机的基本工作原理，讲述了电机设计的主要任务和主要过程。为电机设计做好了必要理论知识的准备。 然后详细介绍了中型高压异步电动机的电磁设计步骤与设计方法。电机设计中所需要考虑的因素和确定的尺寸、数据很多，这就难免会遇到错综复杂的矛盾。因此设计者必须针对具体的情况采取适合的解决方法，全面地、综合的看待问题。本阶段的任务是根据设计要求，手算电机电磁计算程序。确定所设计电机有关的尺寸和参数，并核算其电磁性能。 最后应用MATLAB软件进行整个计算过程的仿真。计算机技术的不断发展，为复杂的电磁计算创造了有利条件；计算机辅助工具的应用，给电机设计和优化带来了新的契机。利用计算机编写电磁计算程序进行电磁计算的求解已经成为必然的趋势。通过电磁计算所得的电机性能指标必须符合设计要求，否则应对计算过程中的某些参数进行调整。改变某些参数得到不同的电机设计方案，通过比较这些方案，确定出最佳的设计方案。利用计算机软件（MATLAB）编写电机设计程序进行电机的电磁计算能够提高工作效率和设计的精确度。 关键词：中型高压异步电动机；电机设计；电磁计算 Abstract Study the electromagnetic design methods of medium-sized high voltage induction motor, and propose advantages and methods of applying MATLAB software in simulation process of electromagnetic calculation. First, state the development of motor manufacturing industry at home and abroad, the classification of motor and way of selection. Simply narrate the feature and use of medium-sized high voltage motor. Analyze working principle of three-phase induction motor, and state the main task and process of electrical machine design. Prepare the necessary theory to electrical machine design. Then introduce the electromagnetic design steps and methods of medium-sized high voltage induction motor in detail. There are many uncertain factors, size and data in the process of electrical machine design, which means intricacy contradictions unavoidable. Therefore, the designers are supposed to look at problems in the general and synthetically and adjust measures to local conditions. Task of this stage is to base on the rules of design, and calculate electromagnetic calculation program of motor.Determine size and factors related to the motor to be designed and check its electromagnetic property.
