毕 业 论 文（设计） 题 目：粘土合成分子筛中的除铁方法研究 摘 要 为增加粘土合成4A分子筛的白度，试验了用磁选及酸溶的方法除去粘土中的铁杂质。实验表明，磁选对粘土中弱磁性铁质脱除效果较差，酸溶除铁中用不同的酸，不同酸浓度，不同酸溶温度及不同酸溶时间，都会影响对粘土中铁质的脱除效果。其中以用30%盐酸，在95℃下酸溶处30分钟除铁效果较好，但仍达不到预期要求，有待今后继续更深入的研究。 关键词：粘土；分子筛；酸溶；酸浓度 Abstract To increase the white clay synthetic 4A zeolite by magnetic testing degrees, the method of acid soluble and remove the iron impurity clay.
