本科毕业论文（设计） 贵阳汽车租赁双赢经营模式探析 系 部： 机系工程学院 专 业： 汽车服务工程 班 级： 09汽服 学 号： 091406401030 学生姓名 陆正伟 指导教师 白尧 2013 年 3 月 16 日 题目：贵阳汽车租赁双赢经营模式探析 摘 要 随着国内的经济的快速发展，被称作朝阳产业的中国汽车租赁业有必要的发展必然性。汽车租赁业在国外虽然被企业和广大市民所广泛的接受，但是在中国还属于一个比较新鲜的服务项目，虽然有部分人在从事这项服务业，但是并未出现欣欣向荣的景象，发展速度过于缓慢，我国对该行业的市场状况、竞争环境、配套政策以及行业发展的策略的研究还存在很多不足，相关法律缺失，监管部门管理无序，恶性竞争等问题；同时只有完善一些相关的法律法规和研究一套出新的经营模式，才能加快汽车租赁事业发展和带动汽车行业的发展，本文通过对贵阳地区的一些汽车租赁公司的发展特点和汽车租赁义务领域目前存在的问题，以及未来汽车租赁业的发展趋势的探析，试图从政府对汽车租赁业的宏观调控和管理与改善汽车租赁企业经营方略来分析当地汽车租赁行业的现状，在这一点上，只有依靠各有关方面的不断努力和探索，才能真正形成一种“双赢”或则“多赢”的良好的跨行业合作机制，也才能最终促进汽车租赁业的自身以及相关行业领域的共同发展。 关键字：汽车租赁，经济，行业，双赢 Abstract With the rapid development of the domestic economy, Chinas auto leasing industry sunrise industry called the necessary development inevitability.
