Modern inventory management should not only supervise stock in the own enterprise, but also focus on the waste in the process of the supply chain. So the enterprise will get much economy benefit if small percentage of inventory capital is saved through good inventory management. As the market competition is sharper and sharper, reducing inventory cost is becoming the third profit headspring of enterprise. Bases on the inventory management theories and considering with the inventory management situation of YinMao Company, in this thesis we study on some inventory management issues of YinMao Company. From inventory management perspective, we analyze the YinMao Companys problem in detail. According the inventory management theories, we provide a series of specific solutions to the problems.
