中国公民网络政治参与的适度性研究 张艳娥 政治与行政学院 政治学与行政学专业 2010级 指导教师：袁春霞 摘要:当今社会，网络日益成为中国公民赖以生存的一种存在方式，中国政治现代化的进程中崛起了一种新的政治现象——网络政治参与。网络政治参与改变着中国政治的传统逻辑，激活了中国的民主活力，给转型时期的中国政治发展带来了难得的机遇。但网络政治参与的不足及参与过度也使当今政治和社会面临严峻的挑战。如何正确认识、把握好当代中国公民的网络政治参与的适度性，使之真正成为推动中国民主进程的发展契机？本文以传统的政治参与理论为基础，以我国公民传统政治参与和网络政治参与的实践为依据，对当代中国公民的网络政治参与适度性的困境及原因，以及如何把握适度性进行了深刻剖析，并对其发展前景进行了展望。然后表明了笔者对于中国公民网络政治参与发展前景的基本观点：以积极、理性的建设性态度对待中国公民网络政治参与的发展，在理想与现实之间寻求平衡，探索一条适合中国的网络民主发展道路。 关键词:网络政治参与 特征 适度性 困境 参与不足 参与过度 完善对策 Analysis of moderate political participation of Chinese netizens Zhang yan e Politics and Administration Institute Grade2010 Instructor:yuan chun xia Abstract:Nowadays, networks are increasingly becoming Chinese citizens a way of survival , the process of modernization of Chinas political rise of a new political phenomenon - political participation . Internet changing the traditional logic of political participation of Chinese politics , the activation of China s democratic vitality to the development of Chinas political transition period brought a rare opportunity. But the lack of political involvement and participation in the network over politics and society today also faces severe challenges. How to correctly understand and grasp the moderate political good network citizen participation in contemporary China , making it a genuine democratic process to promote China s development opportunities ?
