合作经营企业合同 Agreement is made this 1st day of March, 2000 in Guangzhou by and between AA Oil Corporation (hereinafter referred to as the Chinese Corp.) of the one part and BB Oil Company (hereinafter referred to as the Foreign Co.) of the other part. Objectives 1条 目标 1.1The Chinese Corp. and the Foreign Co. agree to establish a cooperative joint venture in Guangzhou to produce crude oil. The venture is to be named as CC Oil Company (hereinafter referred to as the Company). Conditions for Cooperation 2条 合作条件 2.1 The registered capital of the Company is USD 90 million. The Chinese Corp provides the right to use land within 30 days after signing the Agreement.
