武汉大学硕士学位论文 旅游景点建设项目融资现状与对策研究 硕士研究生： 指导教师： 学科专业：项目管理 所在学院：信息管理学院 武汉大学 二〇一一年二月  WUHAN University Master s Thesis The research on Project Fiance mode in tourist attractions Master Degree Candiate: Tutor: Major: Project Management College：College Of Information Management WUHAN University February,2011  旅游景点建设项目融资实践情况研究 摘 要 旅游景点是旅游业发展的重点，其建设与开发离不开充足的资金。本文立足项目融资的基本理论，从宏观角度分析了不同景点的融资模式，指出了目前我国景点建设中项目融资方面出现的一些问题并提出了解决方案。最后以贵州天河潭的开发为案例，具体分析了在贵州旅游景点与融资中开发中存在的问题，肯定了天河潭开发活动的科学性，并指出这种经验应该在全国范围内得到推广，给全国旅游业的从业人员提供启示。 本文写作的目的在于使旅游业从业人员更好地了解景点的资金运营状况和景点经营方式，启发他们更好地从事景点融资活动和经营活动，筹集更多的资金进行景点建设。只有这样才能吸引更多旅游者前来观光游览，才能促进旅游业的发展，发挥其对国民经济的拉动作用。 项目融资这个概念最早在资本主义国家出现，经过几十年的发展，不仅得到了广泛的运用，而且对它的研究和认识也比较充分。由于我国引进这个概念的时间比较短，对它的认识有不充分的地方，研究也不够深入。但是随着我国市场经济的发展，项目融资运用的空间必然会扩大，实践的需要必然会使国内学者对它的研究更充分，更深入。 关键词：旅游景点 旅游目的地 项目融资 天河潭案例 The research on Project Fiance in tourist attractions ABSTRACT Tourist attractions is the most important factor in tourism,and its construction and development cant live without sufficient funds. This article depends on the basic theory of project finance,analyses different fiance modes of different tourist attractions,points the disadvantages of project fiance in our country and puts forward solutions.In the end,this article introduces the Tian Hetan in Gui Zhou as an example,analyses the deficiencies in project fiance in tourist attractions.It also affirms the scientific of Tian Hetan mode,and pointed that the experience should be promoted in the whole country. The aim of this article is to make the workers in tourism have a better knowledge in tourist attractionscapital operation condition and know better about the business practice.Thus they can do better in project fiance and can raise more capital to construct the tourist attractions.Only do this,can they will attract more tourists and promote the development of tourism to promote growth of national economi
