摘 要 随着社会主义市场经济的不断发展以及企业之间竞争的日益激烈，根据企业生命周期不同阶段的特点，制定并实施合理的财务战略，有利于企业资源的合理配置和有效使用，有利于增强企业的竞争力，有利于企业可持续发展能力的培育和提升。本文在论述了企业生命周期财务战略的研究背景、研究意义、研究现状及相关理论的基础上，从生命周期的四个阶段，即初生期、成长期、成熟期、衰退期分析了企业在各个时期的财务战略及选择，同时提出了企业各生命周期的财务战略的实施措施。笔者希望通过本文的研究能对增强企业财务战略意识、提高企业财务战略制度和实施能力、培育企业核心竞争力有所帮助。 关键词：企业；生命周期理论；财务战略  Abstract Along with the progress of social marketing economy and the increasingly intense competition between enterprises, and according to the different phases of the life cycle characteristics in the enterprise, formulating and implementing the reasonabl
