毕业论文 高校后勤管理信息系统的设计与实现 摘要 随着我国社会信息化时代的到来，信息科学技术的不断进步，我国的教育信息化事业也不断的向前发展，那么后勤信息化系统管理也逐步走进高校后勤服务工作中。从办公自动化系统的文字处理和统计工作开始，逐步延伸到公寓管理系统、汽车管理系统、能源管理系统等具体事务，后勤管理系统也由单一的、粗放式管理逐步向精细化发展。内蒙古工业大学后勤服务保障工作也随着学校教育事业的快速发展进行了一系列的改进。但是后勤信息管理还是赶不上学校的脚步。为了改变这一状态，我们要建立并完善后勤管理系统，现代信息技术，优化改进后勤服务流程，有效满足师生日益增长的物质和文化生活的需求。? 根据内蒙古工业大学的现状，本文主要从两个方面进行后勤管理系统的研究 与应用。一是对学校后勤管理模式的研究，即小机关，多实体的管理模式。从目前来看是比较适合我国大本分高校的后勤管理模式;二是对后勤信息管理服务平台的功能性研究，该平台既是发布各种服务信息，又是学生和教职工对后勤服务畅谈心声，反映各种服务情况与生活需求的平台；如公寓管理系统、水电管理系统等。 关键词：高校后勤信息管理 信息化 后勤管理模式 ABSTRACT With the advent of the era of social informatization in our country, the information the progress of science and technology, the continuous development of the education informationization in China also, so logistics information system management also gradually entered the college logistics service work.
