LANZHOU UNIVERSITY OF TECHNOLOGY 毕业论文 题 目： LTE基站上下行速率优化方案 LTE Base Station Downlink Rate Optimization Program 摘 要 LTE(Long Term Evolution)是指3GPP组织推行的蜂窝技术在无线接入方面的最新演进，对应核心网的演进就是SAE（System Architecture Evolution）。由于移动用户数目的惊人发展和用户的高要求，如何使网络达到最佳的运行状态，如何提高通信质量，提高网络的平均服务水平以及提高系统设备利用率，已经成为网络运营商的首要任务。特别是我国LTE网络在扩容时普遍存在周期短，速度快的情况，导致工程中留下很多质量问题，需要在后期的网络优化中解决。 本文主要针对LTE基站优化进行说明，包括单站优化，分簇优化，分区优化，全网优化，全网的高质量是优化目的，而单站的高质量优化是基础，只有做好每一个站点的优化，才能保证全网的网络质量，所以单站优化很重要，单站验证能发现其问题所在，然后分析原因以及提出解决办法。 关键词：LTE；速率；网络优化 Abstract LTE (Long Term Evolution) is the latest evolution of the 3GPP cellular organization implementing the wireless access technology, the core network is evolved corresponding to SAE (System Architecture Evolution). Due to the amazing growth and high demand for the number of users of mobile users, and how to make the network to achieve the best run state, how to improve communication quality, raising the average level of service networks and improve system utilization, network operators have become the primary task. Especially in the expansion of LTE networks ubiquitous cycle is short, fast, the lead project left many quality issues need to be addressed in the latter part of network optimization. This paper mainly explains?the LTE?station optimization, including single station optimization, optimization clustering, partitioning to optimize the whole network optimization, optimization of the whole network quality is the goal, while the single-station quality optimization is the foundation, only to every site optimization, in order to ensure the quality of the whole network of networks, it is very important to optimize the single-station, single station can be found to verify the problem, and then analyze the causes and propose solutions.
