By analyzing and comparing of the existing mechanism, a carrot intelligent grading machine is been designed. This grading machine is composed of a feeding device and a grading device. By making the analysis of the carrot’s stress and the state of motion , reasonable partition parameters need to be estimated to ensure the carrot fruit feeding separated . Utilizing the principle of screening, this machine use the sorting slot of which length vary from small to large , realizing the grading of carrot in accordance with the length. In order to ensure good convergence of two parts, the speed of the conveyor device classification should be reasonably determined after analyzing the carrot’s state of motion when it output from the feeding device. The principle of this machine is feasible and can grading carrots efficiently .With simple structure and convenient operation,this machine will liberate of a large
