We may deliver two type of service to customer: SOA/NOA service for BB ( BB could also be saled as Smartphone service) Product based service SOA/NOA service for BB List of what we can do for BB on technical point of view. Control plane: Analysis the GTP tunnel performance of Blackberry APN, including SR and RTT. It could be separated by home subscriber and roaming subscribers. Analysis the SM and MM KPI. User plane: BB transmission efficiency analysis (MTU, SAR…) Extract the cell level BB traffic to provide the reference for radio planning. Analysis the traffic load (Email sending/fetching) for Core network. Tuning QoS parameters to improve the throughput. SOA/NOA service for BB Smartphone: Analysis the power consumption of BB service, try to save energy for BB users in order to improve the QoE of BB end user. BB receive Email will introduce a large number of Pagings for network, so it’s need to analysis the paging load for both RAN and Core part. Analysis the BB cell phone misconfiguration, it will lead infinitly re-attach or re-activation for network, this kind of signal load should be monitored and analyzed. Product based service Setup a platform to monitor the QoE or KQI of BB. Currently operator have the competence or methodology to monitor the performance of network element and Self-application (MMS…). Blackberry is totally fresh service for operator, meanwhile Blackberry server is maintained by RIM.
