Chapter8 Space Law 第8章 空间法 Teaching aims and requisitions: 教学目的与要求： This chapter will clearly expound the different legal status of the airspace and outer space. We will also try to let the students get a clear understanding of the treaties to the international civil aviation security, namely the Tokyo Convention on offences Committed on Board Aircraft 1963, the Hague Convention for the suppression of Unlawful Seizure of Aircraft 1970 and the Montreal Convention for the Suppression of Unlawful Acts of Violent Ace at Airports Serving international Civil Aviation. This chapter still aims at the
