正钰中学简报 [2012] 第 七 期 凯里市正钰中学办公室 二○一二年五月十七日 增强防灾减灾意识，构建和谐平安校园 生命重于泰山，安全高于一切，为了进一步提高全体师生的自我保护意识，提高面对突发事件的应变能力，增强在紧急状态下的心理承受力，帮助全体师生提高自救、自护能力，2012年5月16日，我校利用升旗仪式，对全体师生进行了以《增强防灾减灾意识，构建和谐平安校园》为主题的安全教育，学校总务主任袁波在国旗下作了《防灾减灾，居安思危》的专题讲话，他说：我国是世界上自然灾害最为严重的国家之一，灾害种类多、分布地域广、发生频率高、造成损失重。因此全体师生不仅要从课堂内外多种渠道了解灾害的起源以及怎样自救，还要认真参加学校安排的应急演练活动。绵阳安县桑枣中学2000多师生在汶川地震来临之时，仅用了1分36秒全部安全撤离，没有一个伤亡就是很好的例子。最后他向大家提出：1、在各项运动中要主意运动安全。2、要主意交通安全。3、同学们的所作所为要有安全意识，不能感情用事。4、要注意食品安全。5、各班要利用黑板报加强防灾减灾宣传。 通过这次活动，不仅再次落实了我校应付突发事件的防范措施，而且提高了我校实际应对和处置突发安全事件的能力，更进一步增强了师生的安全意识。使大家掌握了在危险中迅速逃生、自救、互救的基本方法，提高抵御和应对紧急突发事件的能力。达到了预期目的。 （正钰中学杨德孝供稿 签发人：王焕龙） installation, and Unit main plant equipment and piping insulation, chemical water system tank tank production and pouring paint, structure in coal handling system of equipment and piping.
