12级预防二班“贫困生评选工作” 评定报告 内蒙古医科大学 公共卫生学院12级预防二班 二O一二年十月 时间：2012年10月15日 地点：北楼204 活动目的 ： 1.为了帮助学校中的贫困生减轻一定的负担(让他们以更好的心态来面对学习和生活。 2.本次班会主要为了评选出本班级的贫困生做好贫困生认定工作。 3.希望通过此次班会加深班级同学之间的交流,促进班级的发展。 参与人员： 12级预防二班全体同学，共29人 会议主持: 齐志鹏、张琪 评定工作程序 1.成立评定工作小组：小组成员包括辅导员、各年级兼职辅导员、班长、团支书及班委。 2.评审：各年级评定分小组根据学员们的申报情况，结合平时学员们的学习成绩、参加集体活动和受通报情况进行打分。其中学习成绩占50%，参加集体活动和受通报情况占50%，根据情况筛选符合要求的学员名单，由评定分小组评议，针对个别问题讨论解决方案并确定最终结果。 3.公示：评定结束后将最终结果公示5天，对学员们反应上来的意见及时处理并作相应调整。 4评选流程： 参加评选的同学首先向学院提交自己的贫困材料和贫困证明 接下来每位同学都向老师说明一下家庭具体贫困情况，老师根据各位同学的贫困状况评定贫困同学。 班级同学投票选举贫困同学，根据每位同学的票数评选出最终的贫困生。 公布选出的贫困生名单，让所有的同学都知道评选结果 (5)、班级民主评议结果报系（部）评议组，进行审查汇总。 (6)、评议组将审查汇总结果报院评议领导组，院评议领导组审查后提出评审名单并报资助管理中心。 （7）贫困生填写贫困申请表，准备所需的材料，最后将材料交到学院老师处。 公共卫生学院预防二班 2012年10月15日 level keep in c level; need special note of is, Traffic bottlenecks in the worst place at the intersection of both ends of the bridge over the River, apart from both ends of the bridge crossing the class c and d level, several other bridges at both ends connected to the West Cross at least one end of service levels at grade e or above, and South Gate level keep in c level; need special note of is, Traffic bottlenecks in the worst place at the intersection of both ends of the bridge over the River, apart from both ends of the bridge crossing the class c and d level, several other bridges at both ends connected to the West Cross at least one end of service levels at grade e or above, and South Gate level keep in c level; need special note of is, Traffic bottlenecks in the worst place at the intersection of both ends of the bridge over the River, apart from both ends of the bridge crossing the class c and d level, several other bridges at both ends connected to the West Cross at least one end of service levels at grade e or above, and South Gate
