To effectively improve the existing enterprise personnel management, and the information management efficiency of improving wages for workers, assessment, incentives, a personnel management system is developed. This paper discusses the technical methods, general design, detailed design and system implementation of the personnel management system. This system is developed as a stand-alone version of the personnel management system by a powerful development tool Visual Basic6.0. This system consists of eight modules: basic data management, employee file management, integrated management of staff, staff training management, personnel work management, query statistics management, customer information management and system alerts. The whole system is simple, user friendly, flexible, practical and safe. After the actual applying, the system meets the need of the company
